We are located in beautiful Conchas Chinas. It is less than 2 miles from the beaches, old town, shops and restaurants, and about 10 miles from the Puerto Vallarta airport (20 minute drive).

Casa Vallarta:
No smoking indoors. No pets. No direct wheel chair access (staircases and steps).
Rates:
May - October ...$80/night, 3 night minimum
November - April .. $125/night, 4 night minimum
Holiday weeks - Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter .. $150/night, 5 night minimum
Security deposit of $100
We request 50% of the rent upon reservation, balance to be paid by 30 days prior
to arrival.

Cancellation fees:
If cancelled at least one month prior to arrival: One night's deposit.
If cancelled less than one month prior to arrival: No refunds please.
